Privacy policy

The short version
This website does not collect your personal details on a server of ours. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics. If you want to book, you send us a WhatsApp message yourself, and that message is the only way your details reach us.
Who we are
Miami Treasure Beauty Lounge, Hadi Plaza, 203, 26B St, Al Muraqqabat, Deira, Dubai. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +971 55 616 3512, or on Instagram at @miamitreasurebeauty.
What stays on your device
When you choose services, pick a day and time, or type your name and notes, the site saves them in your own browser so you do not lose them if the page reloads. They stay on your device and we cannot see them. You can clear them at any time with “Start a new booking”, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
The site also remembers, for as long as the browser tab stays open, that you have already seen the opening animation.
When you send a booking request
“Send on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with a message already written from your choices: the services, the day and time, and your name and notes if you added them. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
Once you send it, we receive your message and your phone number through WhatsApp. We use them only to reply to you, to confirm your booking and to look after your visit. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages you send there.
The map
The map in the Location section is provided by Google. It loads only when you scroll close to it. When it loads, Google may receive information such as your IP address and your device and browser type, and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
Links to other sites
This website links to Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Each has its own privacy policy, and we do not control what they do.
Where the site is hosted
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser details, to keep the site running and secure. The fonts, images and video on this site come from the site itself, not from third parties.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram. You can also delete any chat with us on your own phone at any time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
